ABOUT ME
There was a period in my life when everything appeared steady from the outside, yet beneath that stability I felt a quiet sense of misalignment that I could no longer ignore. Nothing had fallen apart, and there was no defining moment that forced a reset, but I came to understand that moving forward without direction can feel just as disorienting as standing still.
Much of my adult life has been shaped by music and movement, disciplines that demand patience, repetition, and a willingness to stay present through long stretches where progress is subtle and often unseen. They taught me the value of consistency, while also revealing that effort alone does not always lead to clarity, and that momentum without intention can slowly pull you off course.
Writing became a way to slow the pace and pay closer attention. It created space to reflect on patterns, question assumptions, and sit with uncertainty rather than rushing toward answers that didn’t quite fit. Over time, those reflections took on a more deliberate form, shaped by lived experience and the ongoing process of course correction.
I write for people who feel capable yet unsettled, who have done many of the things they were supposed to do and still sense the need for better alignment. My work is not about motivation or reinvention, but about direction, discipline, and learning how to move forward without discarding what already matters.
That perspective eventually took shape as a longer body of work, grounded in reflection, structure, and steady forward movement. Together with my music, it reflects a commitment to clarity, alignment, and progress built one deliberate step at a time.
